Bring a Stranger to Lunch: A Therapist Networking Event in Dallas

Networking doesn’t have to mean awkward small talk, business cards, or trying to “sell” yourself.

Sometimes, it can mean sitting around a table with other people in the helping professions, sharing a meal, and getting to know someone new.

That’s the idea behind our Bring a Stranger to Lunch therapist networking event!

East Dallas therapist networking event details

Friday, August 28 | 1:00–2:30 PM | Liberty Burger in Lakewood

For this casual networking lunch, we’re asking you to bring someone new to the table. That might be another therapist, a medical provider, occupational therapist, wellness provider, coach, or someone else who works alongside mental health professionals.

You will order your lunch, and then join us for low-key conversation, and create opportunities to build community and referral partnerships with people we may not otherwise have met. You may find some therapists for Instagram collaborations, to consult cases, or that are ideal fits for clients’ needs.

Don’t have someone to bring? Come anyway!

If you don’t have a friend or colleague who can join you, still come! Let us know you’re coming, and we’ll make sure there’s a seat for you at the table. One of the best parts of networking is meeting people you didn’t already know.

Whether you’re hoping to expand your referral network, connect with other professionals in the Dallas area, or simply meet some new people who understand the work you do, we’d love to have you there.

Want to save a seat?Email Michelle or use the contact form below to let us know you’re coming.

Come hungry, bring someone new if you can, and let’s build a little more community around the work we do. [Therapists will be responsible for their own meals… no sponsors for this event! :) ]
