Hi, I’m Michelle — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor and EMDR Certified Therapist serving adults in the Dallas area. I specialize in trauma therapy for high-functioning adults who feel changed by difficult life experiences and want to feel like themselves again.

Many of the people I work with are navigating the impacts of one-time overwhelming experiences, medical trauma, relationship wounds or abuse, divorce, sudden loss, or difficult patterns in their relationships. Even when you’re capable and holding things together on the outside, it can feel unsettling to notice how much your capacity, reactions, or sense of self have shifted.

I understand how concerning it can feel to recognize you’re reacting from past relationship hurts, or to worry that symptoms may not fully resolve. Wanting relief — and wanting to truly move forward — makes sense after overwhelming experiences.

I’ve spent my career helping adults heal from trauma and navigate life transitions with greater steadiness and self-trust. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves, feel safer with trusted people, and move forward in their lives with more confidence and ease.

Trauma Therapy

Often clients come wondering if what they lived through really was "bad enough" to be considered trauma. They aren't using the words trauma because they imagine that is only reserved for "really awful" experiences. But they are experiencing symptoms of their brain and body trying to protect them.

Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety is the most common mental health concern in America. But when you’re the one feeling the racing thoughts, nervous energy, or pounding heart- you want relief.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR helps access the parts of the brain where these reactions are actually stored. Rather than simply talking about the story in session, we work with how the experience lives in your body, brain, and nervous system—so it can finally update.

EMDR Intensives

EMDR intensives offer a structured, supported way to move through trauma and anxiety faster—while still honoring your pace and capacity.

We tailor treatment to meet your needs versus trying to fit your needs into weekly 50 minute sessions.
